Trans-Quest's Medical Billing specialist's process charges for all specialties with good appropriate state and specialty rules.
Trained in regulations related to Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Third Party Liability, Workers Compensation, Preferred Provider Organizations, Indemnity Insurers.
Paper and Electronic claims are sent daily. Electronic claims are submitted directly to: Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross/Blue Shield & most commercial insurance carriers.
Trans-Quest's Medical Billing performs Internal Quality Assurance at different levels to provide the high quality output.

» Charge Entry process

Charge sheets are downloaded in 'tiff' or ‘PDF' format and saved with a specific batch number as provided by the client.
After downloading the charge batches, each file is then printed and distributed to corresponding teams to enter charges in the client's Practice Management system.
To ensure quality, we perform Quality Assurance at two levels:

Individual

Team
A Query/Problem log is created on pending issues and forwarded to the Client.
Client approval and addressing pending logs takes place.
Trans-quest addresses the pending logs as per client's feedback.
All documents are archived for a period 60 days (if necessary).
