* A normal user is a user where you will actually get your files transcribed without limitations and you will be charged for services offered.

* A demo user is a user where he is allowed to test the process of transcription which will be valid for 7 days from the date of registration. As a demo user you can upload files and the files will we transcribed and you can download the transcribed files to test our services.
