OPERATIONS:

Operations can be classified into online operation and offline operation.

Online Operation:

The medical records dictated by the clients are uploaded on to SoundTranscription website which gets stored in the central database of SoundTranscription secure server. The files are transferred to the web server via secured 128-bit encryption SSL. Files are then processed at our Transcription unit and the final transcription report is uploaded back on the server in the encrypted form .The client can then access his transcribed reports from his desktop

Offline Operation:

The voice files dictated by the client are downloaded at our transcription unit and transcribed by our medical transcriptionists. First level Q.A's process the transcribed files. These files are again checked thoroughly by our second level of Q.A's supervisor then ensures that the transcribed report achieve is 98% accurate. The fully processed reports are then uploaded on our secured server in an encrypted form. Our AuditPro software generates the log of the whole process which satisfies the HIPAA norms.
